The ADS-4900W is a high-performance, professional desktop document scanner built for uninterrupted, high-volume scanning. It features a large 100-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), 60 pages per minute scanning capability and can scan 2-sided (duplex) documents up to 120 images per minute. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document management software ensures you’ll hit the ground running with your ADS-4900W. Kofax, NewSoft and the newly released ScanEssentials software integrate seamlessly with your scanner, setting you up for success. Fast and reliable

With an in-built ultrasonic multi-feed to eliminate misfeeds, the ADS-4900W has the largest sheet ADF capacity (100 sheets) and is the fastest in the range, scanning up to 60 pages per minute, or one every second. The separation switch enables very thick and thin documents, plastic cards and crumpled paper to smoothly feed through with ease.
 

Simple and intuitive

Set up a dedicated user interface with one-touch scanning and the ability to add up to 56 shortcuts to frequently used destinations. You can also use an optional external card reader to make the scanning process even easier. Just tap the card and add your documents into the ADF to automatically and securely capture the information on the page.

With 5GHz wireless connectivity, network, USB3.0 and USB host, you can securely scan documents and share with colleagues.
 

Advanced image capture and processing

Effortless and impressive image capture and processing - from easily referencing and locating scanned pages with the digital imprinter, to optimising image quality through the automatic vertical streaks and moiré reduction tools.

The document separation functionality also automatically detects and removes any scanned blank pages, thus reducing file sizes and document preparation time.

Our ScanEssentials software provides you with additional features which you can tailor to your business. For added security, you can set up passwords and protect your workflows, with the option to save your documents in a variety of formats.

The metadata function can also read barcodes or specific strings of text to easily facilitate the separation and file naming of documents.
